My surveyor has requested “a current copy of the title report for the parcel, often referred to as the Preliminary Report, we review the report to verify the property information as well as review for existing easements on the property so they can be shown on the final map; we are not reviewing for ownership. We also accept the Condition of Title Guarantee and Policy of Title Insurance documents.”
