About U.S. Title Records

Learn more about U.S. Title Records and our commitment to accuracy and customer service.

U.S. Title Records provides a streamlined and efficient way to review detailed property information, obtain critical lien, mortgage and foreclosure records and search for property owned using an individual’s or entity’s name within a county, state or nationally.

The proprietary information and data is compiled from multiple sources, including county recorder offices, analytics corporations, tax assessor offices and title plants, and other venders. Rather than spending valuable time collecting information from the county recorders office, county assessor, real estate agents and title companies — our clients rely on us to deliver complete data and real estate information within minutes upon order (with the exception of abstracting services).

While some counties offer online access to records and documents, many counties require a paid subscription or a local abstractor for document retrieval. Some counties do not offer any public access and require a local attorney or abstractor to access records. We have licensed access to U.S. county databases, attorneys and certified abstractors in every county.

In addition, we provide property valuations based on like for like sales within a subdivision (or half a mile radius from subject property) using all recorded sales including MLS and FSBO. We also provide local demographic and crime statistics, as well as local business information, school information and rental statistics.

Our staff is comprised of real estate consultants who are experts in the field, and our reputation is based on customer service excellence.
