Client understands and agrees that all information, records and data are pulled at the county level. Record updates and accuracy are strictly dictated per county as each county enters data and updates its digitized property records and information. Record databases are updated at predetermined schedules (typically every 30 days, some counties longer). Online transaction and transfer history records include an average 10 – 40 year title history, depending on the county. Records filed or recorded prior to the digitized database in a given county is maintained by the county on microfilm or microfiche and can be obtained through our Abstractor Service (see Property Records page for retrieval).
Client understands and agrees that Abstractor Service and Full Chain of Title pricing and timelines vary depending on the county and/or the property. U.S. Title Records shall not be held liable for claims or losses of any kind, for any reason, including alleged losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness information obtained through this site. Client further understands and agrees that U.S. Title Records shall not be liable for any type of economic or noneconomic damages, including special, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, or damages for lost profits, loss of revenue, or loss of use, arising out of or related to information obtained through this website, or the information contained in it and/or arising out of any occurrence, transaction or communication allegedly made by a third party with respect to information obtained from this site.
