Client understands and agrees that all information, records and data are pulled from government and/or private databases. Record updates and accuracy are strictly dictated per entity as each entity enters data and updates its digitized records and information. Record databases are updated at predetermined schedules, i.e., weekly, bi-monthly or monthly, depending on the entity. Online transaction and transfer history records include an average 10 – 40 year title history, depending on the county. Records filed or recorded prior to the digitized database in a given county in maintained by the county on microfilm or microfiche and can be obtained through our Abstractor Service (see Property Records page for retrieval).
Client understands and agrees that Abstractor Service and Full Chain of Title pricing and timelines vary depending on the county and/or the property. U.S. Title Records and its representative and/or affiliates, including U.S. Debt Research, shall not be held liable for claims or losses of any kind, for any reason, including alleged losses caused by reliance on the accuracy, reliability or timeliness information obtained through this site.
