I recently purchased an Individual Profile Report and have a question regarding the variations between the purchased “Property/owner lien report” and another report offered on your website. Can you give me a call to discuss the detail of the property lien search and the individual lien search on this report?

Answer: 

Jesse,

The real property results in the profile report may or may not be current. In other words, the assessment records reflect property either currently owned or previously owned by the individual. The search by name report will only show property currently owned by the subject individual.
