Hi Matt. In most cases, 2-4 hours, but generally the same day unless there are complications or unless the service order is received after 8:00 pm EST. If the order comes through after 8:00 pm EST, it may be delayed until the next day depending on its position in the queue. All reports are delivered in PDF format via email. We are open 7 days/week all year long, including holidays.
