Recording Fees and Document Requirements
Recording fees are $13 for the first page and $5.00 for each additional page ($10.00 for pages larger than legal size). A documentary fee of $0.05 per $500 of sales consideration applies to most transactions.

- Top and bottom margins of at least 1 inch, side margins of at least 0.5 inch
