Standard Processing Times
Property Reports: Approximately 1-3 hours during business hours (7 days a week, 8:00 AM – 11:00 PM MST)
Note: Delivery times depend on report complexity and search requirements. The timeframes provided are general estimates. Individual properties, specific requirements, or county variations may extend processing time beyond standard estimates.

Specialized Report Processing Times
- Nationwide Title Search: 1 business day
- Abstractor Service: 4-7 business days
- Full Chain of Title Report: 4-7 business days
- Individual and Business Profile Reports: 24 hours
Important Delivery Information
Check Your Spam Folder: If you don’t receive your report within the expected timeframe, please check your spam or junk folders. High security filter settings may redirect our emails.
After-Hours Orders: Orders placed outside business hours will be processed in the order received at the beginning of the next business day.

All information, records, and data provided through this service are sourced from government and private databases. Record accuracy and update frequency depend entirely on each entity’s data entry and digitization schedule. Different entities update their databases on varying schedules—weekly, bi-monthly, or monthly.
What’s Included in Online Records
Online transaction and transfer history typically includes 10 to 40 years of title history, depending on the specific county. Records filed before a county’s digitization period are maintained on microfilm or microfiche and can be obtained through our Abstractor Service (details available on the Property Records page).
Abstractor Service and Full Chain of Title
Pricing and timelines for Abstractor Service and Full Chain of Title reports vary by county and property. Each request is unique based on location-specific factors and property characteristics.
Limitation of Liability
