Title search, transfer and property ownership question:
My mother’s property was recently transferred to me. She bought the home a while ago and stopped making payments on the home, The mortgage company she purchased with never went through foreclosure proceedings. She can not tell me what mortgage company the home is with due to cognitive limitations however she has transferred the property to me. Which package is suitable if I wanted to figure out if there was any interest of ownership of the home from the mortgage company or liens on the property?

I suggested the Full Owner Property Lien Report. Please be advised that we are prohibited from making guarantees or giving legal advice. In order to guarantee condition of title, we recommend that you consult a real estate attorney. When data is transmitted via a digital database there are sometimes errors and/or updates effective after the date a given county last updated its database. Just by way of example, assume a mortgage is paid off on March 1, 2019 and a satisfaction/release is recorded on March 2, 2019. If a given county updates its database weekly and the next update occurs on March 7, 2019, if we generate a report on March 6, 2019, the mortgage release will not show up on the report.
